Una vez completada esta semana, harás otra segunda semana con la misma rutina para hacer tu 1 RM, pero aumentando la series en los ejercicios principales (2-3 series más) y bajar 1 repetición. Cuando la hayas completado comenzarás con está última semana donde debes de batir tu récord con 1RM.
