Su rutina es bastante amplia, como se puede ver suele hacer unos 8 ejercicios al día conencntrándose en un músculo en contrecto o varios en el caso los brazos y las piernas.

 

 

Además para mantener esa figura tonificada también realiza ejercicios de cardio unos 30 minutos después de cada sesión diaria en el gimnasio.

Tan sólo deja de descanso dos días que normalmente es el fin de semana que lo usa para descansar haciendo otras actividades. Aunque como su agenda es baste apretada a veces tienes que entrenar esos días también.
