Jose María Mete Bueriberi o más conocido como Madelman es un famoso culturista español-guineoecuatoriano. Él ha tenido una infancia bastante complicada. En los estudios, experimentó épocas en las que era prácticamente el mejor de la clase y años en los que era de los peores. Practicaba mucho deporte, siendo el deporte una constante en su vida. Participó en fútbol, atletismo, baloncesto, y desarrolló un fuerte interés en el Fitness, llegando incluso a comprar revistas de hombres fuertes para inspirarse. Fue con 12 años donde empezó a interesarse por temas relacionados con el fitness, pero no fue casi hasta los 24 años que empezó a darle caña. Y a los 28 años empezó a competir. Ganó varias competiciones y logró el pase a Mr. Olympia.

Entrenamiento de Madelman

La rutina de Madelman es bastante intensa para cuando quiere enfocarse en ciertos músculos. Nosotros hemos realizado una recopilación de sus entrenamientos y hemos llegado a la conclusión de que él suele hacer de 3-4 series, y en alguna ocasión hace una serie de algún ejercicio. El número de repeticiones que hace puede variar dependiendo el ejercicio, no está muy claro, pero normalmente va subiendo de carga con cada serie y a veces disminuye las repeticiones, otras veces no.

 

 

Día 1: Pectorales y hombros

  • Press banca: 4 series x 8 repeticiones
  • Press inclinado en máquina: 3 series x 12-10-8 repeticiones
  • Aperturas en máquina: 3 series x 12 repeticiones
