Phil Heath es un famoso fisicoculturista que ha ganado 7 veces el Mr. Olympia. Es también conocido como «The Gift» (el regalo) y cuando era joven comenzó como jugador de baloncesto en la universidad pero tras no lograr entrar en la NBA probó hacer pesas junto con sus amigos hasta empezar a tomarlo como un entrenamiento serio donde no podía faltar ningún día. Fue logrando buenos resultados hasta ganar el IFBB Mr. Olympia consecutivamente desde 2011 hasta 2015.
