Andrea Presti sigue una dieta y un plan de nutrición cuidadosamente elaborados para alimentar su cuerpo y lograr un rendimiento y desarrollo muscular óptimos. Su enfoque se centra en equilibrar los macronutrientes y programar estratégicamente sus comidas para respaldar su riguroso entrenamiento y sus objetivos físicos. Aunque se sabe que Andrea Presti regularmente también hace alguna comida basura, comiendo en el McDonalds.
