Su rutina destaca por utilizar grandes pesos en cada uno de sus ejercicios, ya que le permite desarrollar grandes músculos, pero sobretodo lo hace con los músculos grandes como las piernas y la espalda. También llama la atención como en sus rutinas mezcla ejercicios principalmente con trabajos de brazos, piernas y espalda.
