Consejos para desarrollar bíceps

Pero antes de anda debes de tener en cuenta dos cosas: el bíceps no es la parte más grande del brazo, si quieres ensanchar tus brazos te recomiendo que te fijes más en tu tríceps. Si deseas aumentar la masa muscular de tu bíceps debes de levantar un peso elevado (75% del peso de tu repetición máxima) y realizar entre 8-12 repeticiones.

 

 

Y también recuerda, aunque esto es obvio si quieres hacer bien los ejercicios de bíceps, de nunca doblar la muñeca a la hora de utilizar la mancuerna porque ejercerás más el antebrazo que el propio biceps, debes de concentrar toda la tensión en el bíceps.

Siéntate en un banco inclinado a unos 45 grados. Luego coge dos mancuernas en cada brazo y deja tus brazos colgando hacia atrás de manera recta. Ahora toma una mancuerna y apoya tu axila en el borde de el respaldo de manera que tu tríceps esté perfectamente apoyado. Deja el brazo estirado y desplázalo hacia arriba manteniendo siempre el tríceps apoyado. Cuando la mancuerna este a la altura de tu hombre vuelves al punto inicial.
