Otro factor a considerar es el mensaje equivocado que llega a nuestro cuerpo, para lo cual la regularidad es fundamental, y ciertamente, saltarse comidas aquí y allá, altera el equilibrio y envía a nuestro cuerpo a la confusión, por lo que las señales de apetito y saciedad se resentirán.

 

 

Además, saltarse comidas en un intento de adelgazar es muy perjudicial , porque no se pierde peso al no comer, sino al comer bien y con conciencia, también porque a menudo saltarse una comida conduce automáticamente a comer en exceso en la siguiente comida, por una especie de indemnización, incluida la psicológica. Una excepción la da la llamada dieta de ayuno intermitente, un tipo de dieta que consiste en saltarse algunas comidas siguiendo un patrón específico y que, si se lleva a cabo bajo la supervisión de un especialista, puede traer algunos beneficios.

Conclusiones

 Evitar las comidas, por tanto, nunca es una buena idea, y si lo haces para adelgazar, existen alternativas que en cambio funcionan y nos garantizan una pérdida de peso duradera. En lugar de no consumir algunas  comidas, de hecho, simplemente deberíamos comer menos y sobre todo comer alimentos que llenen la sensación de hambre aportando los nutrientes adecuados, que nos pueden dar energía de forma saludable.

De hecho, podemos sustituir una comida compuesta por varios platos por una comida ligera, pobre en cantidad, pero rica en vegetales, que con fibra llenará la sensación de hambre y nos ayudará a metabolizar otros nutrientes y con minerales y compuestos antioxidantes que aportarán múltiples beneficios a nuestro organismo.
