Para hacerlo debes de levantar la barra con ambas manos, debes de tener el torso inclinado pero la espalda recta. Ahora moviendo los brazos pero ejerciendo fuerza en tu espalda, lleva la barra hacia tu abdomen. No es necesario que toque tus abdominales, cuando la barra este cerca vuelve a bajarla sin tocar el suelo.

 

Remo con un brazo

Con este ejercicio lograrás enfocarte en un lado de tu espalda para una mayor activación y lograr un movimiento más completo. Es recomendable hacer pocas repeticiones con cada mano, unas 6-10 repeticiones que serían 12-20 en total, con un máximo de 4 series.

Jalón en polea

Este ejercicio es básico si buscas trabajar la anchura de tu espalda. Para hacerlo necesitarás una polea que se encuentra en cualquier gimnasio. Puedes utilizar diferentes tipos de agarre en jalón el cual cada uno de ellos puede darte diferentes beneficios. Para hacer el ejercicio debes de sentarte en una máquina que tenga polea alta, ahí pondrás el accesorio que te resulte más cómodo y un agarre ancho para profundizar el trabajo en los dorsales. Aprieta la espalda y ahora lleva la barra hacia tu pecho, puedes arquear la espalda pero sin excederte demasiado. Los brazos son la palanca, no deben de ejercer fuerza en el movimiento.

Pull over

Un ejercicio que puedes realizar con mancuerna o barra, que te ayudará a fortalecer y ampliar el tamaño de tu espalda. Realiza varias repeticiones con este ejercicio y ten cuidado con el peso. Puedes hacer 10-15 repeticiones y 3-4 series.
