A la hora de hacer un entrenamiento de volumen debemos de levantar un peso nos cueste levantar pero que nos permita hacer varias repeticiones. Si no hay ningún esfuerzo durante las repeticiones es que estás entrenando mal. Por lo general debemos de vernos capaces de hacer 8-10 repeticiones con 4 series en cada ejercicio. Es importante tocas varias ejercicios que nos permite trabajar diferentes músculos.

 

 

 

La alimentación es muy importante, en la fase de volumen suele ser la favorita de la gente que le gusta comer porque es donde más calorías debes de consumir. Por supuesto debes de cubrir toda las proteínas que necesita tu cuerpo o el músculo no se desarrollará. Que estés haciendo volumen no quiere decir que puedas estar comiendo bollería industrial.

Por tanto en este tipo de enteramiento el cardio queda en segundo plano y por supuesto para alguien que busca adelgazar o tiene obesidad no es la mejor opción.

En este caso debemos de hacer ejercicios compuestos, que serían los ejercicios «principales» de cada músculo con los que nos permite trabajar otros músculos a su vez y así ganar esa potencia. Lo más común es hacer 5 series compuestas por 5 repeticiones, en este caso debemos de levantar un peso que se acerque a tu RM (lo máximo que puedes levantar a una repetición). Si tu récord está en 100kg a una repetición entonces deberás de moverte en 80-90kg para hacer 3-5 repeticiones.
