Jalón con agarre ancho
Con este tipo de agarre conseguirás activar mayormente los dorsales. Para hacerlo debes de agarrar la barra con ambas manos por encima de la anchura de tus hombros, tratando de agarrar las esquinas de la barra, pero tampoco demasiado ancho.
El movimiento no debe de ser muy excesivo, debes de utilizar los dorsales para desplazar la barra hacia tu pecho, mientras en tus espalda aguantas el peso que estás elevando. Evita arquear la espalda excesivamente para no tener lesiones. Los brazos hacen de palanca entre la espalda y la barra, no hagas fuerza con ellos.
